I had a wonderful experience with Irene with her meditations. The way she guided me was a wonderful experience. The tone of her voice, her calmness and her wise words made me feel in a wonderful state of mind.
I can not recommend Irene enough. She is amazing!!! In her classes and in my personal sessions with her, I always feel there is no judgement or expectation but just a warm welcome. A welcome into my own self-inquiry and change. It feels like her gentle teaching has given me a key to the door of change that I can enter into when and how I like. She has been there to support me on my journey and I am grateful!!
I have had opportunities of being guided by Irene in both Primordial Sound Meditation and Stråla Yoga. During the sessions, her calm, bright and gentle encouragement supported me to be present and I was able to work through what I was looking for. During meditation, Irene uses guided and mantra meditation techniques and brings in her presence as I go deeper into silence. Her yoga sessions are at individual level and needs, I have always had tight lower back and immobility of hip joints, which get a lot of attention. I always come away with the physical, mental and emotional freedom, after exercising yoga with her.
Yoga with Irene allowed me to finally relax my mind and body. Long after class, I felt lighter. Her contagious joy and energy made movement and meditation so easy for me to do.
