Hi, I’m Irene.
I’m a Certified Stråla Yoga + Wellbeing Guide. Stråla Yoga is a modern yoga style where you relearn to simply move naturally. It’s not about doing traditional poses attached to and end goal but flowing movements that feel good to you. This class is a fusion of yoga, tai chi, qigong and neigong. Stråla is defined as strength, balance + awareness, and my intention in every class is to leave you smiling from the inside out.
You’ll finally find a yoga class where there’s no right or wrong way. I will help you reconnect back to yourself and find your own unique rules for movement, freedom and create a calm that lasts long after you leave the mat. I’m also a Certified Chopra Meditation Teacher and integrate the relaxation techniques of meditation into every class.
I offer 60 minute one-on-one sessions customized to you in packages of 6 or small group classes.
