Moving fluently with Stråla Yoga allows me to relax my mind and body, and to sense myself better. I especially like that the practice isn’t about perfect, rigid poses or “right or wrong”. My balance has improved, and the soft stretches support energy to flow in my whole body. With Irene as my guide, I’m able to calm down. Long after class, I feel relaxed and lighter. Her contagious joy makes curious to explore more of Stråla Yoga.
